We have a long way to go, but God is moving!

My name is Kevin Moore. I am the pastor of the Noble County Community Church plant in the North Central District.

Here is a quick update of what has been happening in the pastor year and a half of our plant. Our Church has four ways that we express the gospel in Noble County. Here is each expression and what is happening in them.

Online Content:
We have an online team. We create content each month to engage our community in Noble County. We have discovered how to focus in primarily on Noble County with our content pushes. The county has 47,000 total people in it, and we currently have a reach of 10,000 to 14,000 and 5,000 engagements every month.

Onsite Gatherings:
We currently gather at 11am on Sundays at West Noble Primary School. We are currently averaging 110 in attendance every weekend. On Sunday March 5th we are adding a 9:15am worship service. We know that having a 9:15am and 11am service will increase our ability to share Jesus.

Organic House Groups:
House groups are a HUGE focus for us.
We currently have 7 house groups that gather in different communities in Noble County. We have over 70 individuals that are a part of our house groups. We meet for 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off. We’ve created a training system to raise up and equip new house group leaders. We are looking to add 2 more groups this spring.

Outreach to the community:
We have an outreach director that works with community leaders on a regular basis.
We have done multiple back to school events, food drives, as well as hosted a leadership conference for local business and school leaders. I also work often with local schools doing leadership training for teachers and administrators.

Note – we also have started a pastoral training apprenticeship named

The Timothy Project Pastoral Apprenticeship:
We have developed a pastoral apprenticeship that is designed to “empower pastors and planters for local church ministry”. We currently have 3 in the apprenticeship. 2 are licensed pastors with the Missionary Church and one is in training at PLI. We will continue to bring leaders into and through this apprenticeship in order to create a pastoral pipeline.

We have a long way to go, but God is moving!
